We all need to live with mailbox size limits. And contrary to popular belief, size limits are not enforced by our email hosts to make our lives unpleasant; limits need to be imposed to prevent mailboxes from becoming so large that they become unstable.
Traditionally, we have only had two choices for dealing with mailbox size limits: we can delete old emails (NOT an appealing option for obvious reasons) or we can "archive" emails locally on our computers. Archiving can be a burdensome process - even for experienced computer users. Our new service allows us to archive all of your employees' email on a central server, so they never need to deal with the archive process.
